Light Industrial

We can design and draft plans for a large range of Light Industrial buildings. These include:
Backyard Sheds
Storage Shed Layouts with Offices
Farm Sheds
Portal Framed Structures for larger sheds.

These buildings are essentially steel framed with sheet steel claddings. We do the Site Plans, Layout (Floor) Plans, and Elevations to show windows and doors and Typical Sections to show heights. We then send the plans to the frame manufacturers and to engineers for material and detail specifications if required.
This type of building is also being used as residential buildings on rural blocks. Many manufacturers now offer a range of plans for houses. They have a system for developing and converting these structures to habitable dwellings.
